ROI Hunter provides a Product Marketing Platform for e-commerce that helps marketers create data-driven, scalable campaigns for each product. The platform ingests product and campaign data, surfaces profitability insights, and lets teams design per-product campaigns that can be automatically optimized, while integrating with Google Ads and Facebook video ads to run ads from one place. It differentiates itself by focusing on product-level profitability, built-in collaboration tools, and channel integrations for end-to-end marketing efficiency rather than a single advertising tool. Its goal is to help e-commerce businesses improve marketing efficiency and profitability to achieve sustainable growth.

The sale, concluded on 2 December, involved Agora's nearly 24% minority stake, which it had acquired through two financing rounds since September 2018. ROI Hunter operates as a Product Performance Management platform, providing marketing tools that enable e-commerce companies to promote and sell products through Google and Facebook. The transaction marks Agora's complete exit from the Czech technology company.
