Four new partnerships helping employers build more inclusive workplaces.

Four new partnerships helping employers build more inclusive workplaces. Creating an inclusive workplace isn't something organisations should have to tackle alone. That's why Microlink PC is delighted to be working with four organisations that share its commitment to improving accessibility, inclusion and opportunities for disabled people. Together, these partnerships will help employers access expert support across recruitment, accessibility, workplace adjustments and inclusion strategy - making it easier to attract, support and retain talented people. Connecting employers with disabled talent. Through its partnership with Evenbreak, employers can reach a thriving community of disabled professionals and jobseekers. For organisations looking to broaden their talent pool and strengthen their inclusive recruitment efforts, it's a valuable opportunity to connect with skilled candidates who may otherwise be overlooked. Turning inclusion ambitions into measurable progress. How inclusive is your organisation in practice? Through its collaboration with Vercida, employers can gain a clearer understanding of their diversity and inclusion maturity, benchmark their progress and identify practical steps for improvement. Combined with Microlink's expertise in workplace adjustments and accessibility, this creates a strong foundation for meaningful, measurable change. Making digital accessibility a priority. First impressions often start online. That's why Microlink PC is excited to be partnering with Recite Me, whose accessibility tools help organisations create more inclusive digital experiences for disabled and neurodivergent users, as well as those who speak English as an additional language. As digital accessibility becomes increasingly important, ensuring websites are accessible to everyone has never been more relevant. Practical support for Small Businesses. Microlink PC is also proud to be working with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) to develop an affordable support pathway for SMEs. The aim is simple: make expert workplace adjustment advice and disability inclusion support accessible to organisations of all sizes, not just large employers. Stronger together. These partnerships are about more than expanding services. They're about creating a connected network of expertise that helps employers build workplaces where disabled people can succeed and thrive. Microlink PC is excited about what's ahead, with further partnership announcements to come. Want to learn how these partnerships could support your organisation? Microlink PC'd love to start a conversation.

Making Our Website More Accessible with Recite Me

Making its website more accessible with Recite Me. At First Rate Credit Union, Firstratecu believe everyone should be able to access its services and information in a way that suits them. That's why Firstratecu has partnered with Recite Me, a leading accessibility technology provider, to bring a new toolbar to its website that helps every visitor tailor their experience. Why Firstratecu has added Recite Me. Many people face barriers when using websites - whether due to visual impairments, dyslexia, neurodiversity, English not being their first language, or simply preferring a cleaner view. The Recite Me toolbar helps remove those barriers by allowing visitors to personalise how its site looks, sounds, and works for them. It's part of its wider commitment to inclusion and digital access for all members, wherever they are and however they choose to engage with Firstratecu. What the toolbar can do. The Recite Me toolbar sits quietly at the top of every page - just click "Accessibility Tools" to open it ( select from the menu on mobiles). From there, you can use a range of features designed to improve readability, understanding, and comfort. * Text-to-speech: Hear any page read aloud in a natural voice. * Translation: Instantly translate content into over 100 languages, with spoken translations in 35. * Custom styling: Change text size, colour, font, or background contrast to match your preferences. * Reading aids: Use a screen mask, reading ruler, or magnifier to help focus on specific text. * Content downloads: Save any page as an MP3 audio file or PDF for offline use. * Dictionary and definition tools: Hover over a word to see or hear its meaning. How to use it. * Click Accessibility Tools at the top of the page (or in the menu on mobile devices). * The toolbar will open automatically, and you can start adjusting settings straight away. * Your preferences will remain active while you browse, so you can explore the site in the way that suits you best. * If you close the toolbar, you can reopen it anytime using the same link. Helping members connect with confidence. Firstratecu know that financial information can sometimes be complex, and it's important that everyone can read and understand it easily. By adding Recite Me, Firstratecu is helping more people connect with their credit union, stay informed, and manage their finances independently. This isn't a one-off project - it's part of its ongoing effort to make every digital interaction clear, inclusive, and member-focused.
