Air IT Group wins global award for AI innovation. Posted on Friday, June 26, 2026 - 12:18 Air IT Group has secured international acclaim for its AI leadership drive, winning the Rewst's Automation & AI Excellence Award 2026 at FLOW 2026 in Nashville, Tennessee. The recognition highlights how the company is using automation and AI to reshape delivery of managed IT services to give measurable business impact, and the win builds on Air IT Group's growing partnership with Rewst, having also been named Rewst Partner of the Year in 2025. These awards recognise Air IT Group's role in helping lead a new era of managed services though AI, automation and in-house innovation. The recognition centres on Neuron, Air IT Group's AI and automation platform that uses capabilities to bring automation and AI-powered insights directly into engineers' day-to-day workflows. The platform is part of a wider automation strategy that is helping Air IT Group improve operational efficiency while delivering a faster and more consistent customer experience. Peter Pendlebury, Chief Automation and AI Officer at Air IT Group (pictured) said: "Winning the Rewst Excellence Award for Best Use of Automation and AI is a credit to the innovation and dedication of our data, automation and AI teams. By combining intelligent automation and AI, we are reducing resolution times, improving consistency, and delivering an improved customer experience." This latest recognition follows a period of AI and automation investment across the business, also reinforcing its market position. Related Topics
Rewst answers the automation divide with ai-native capabilities as MSP task volume surges 2.4x. The Automation Divide is forming faster than projected, and at FLOW 2026, where attendance grew 30% over last year, Rewst announces AI-native capabilities to close the expertise gap. The findings from Rewst's 2026 State of MSP Automation Report are showing up in the market. 95% of MSPs said automation was important or essential to their strategy - and this year's FLOW saw 30% higher attendance, arming themselves to act on it. The report also identified expertise as a primary barrier to MSPs' ability to scale their automation. The past year's data solidifies that finding: Rewst customers ran more than 19.5 billion automated tasks, nearly 2.4 times prior-year volume, proof that the MSPs who solved the expertise barrier are accelerating. Rewst CEO and Founder, Aharon Chernin, has been direct on the challenge and opportunity. "If automation always requires a skilled builder, it will never scale," Chernin said. "To move forward as an industry, we have to expand who gets to automate and deliver results." At FLOW 2026, Rewst addressed this with the announcement of AI-native automation capabilities, giving MSPs a way to build and deploy automation without needing deep technical expertise. "Rewst's RoboRewsty has been a game-changer for our users, providing a bridge from a goal to a functional automation much faster than before," said Chernin, pointing to Rewst's recent AI-centered roadmap. "But we are taking that to a deeper, even more integrated level: describe the problem, and the AI Agent builds the workflow for you on a canvas you can see, edit, and approve. All AI-driven - and finally accessible to the people who own and understand the problem." Jun 25, 2026 Prev Next 1 of 43,283 Whether it's for onboarding, offboarding, ticket triage, routing, reporting, alert management, or documentation, Rewst builds the automations, forms, and portals that MSPs have been stitching together for years - with the AI at the core. Expanding the platform's support of Automation as a Service, Rewst will employ AI-native capabilities to support MSPs creating client-facing portals and dashboards: a feature that's available today, but proved out-of-reach for the majority due to technical complexity. "Using the new agent to build workflows is incredible. It's going to bridge the gap between small MSPs and large MSPs who can afford a full-time automation person. Small MSPs are going to achieve a level of automation they've never been able to realize until now." - Derrick Bennett, Senior Automation Engineer, Complete Network Rewst is upgrading its core execution engine to Temporal to power every workflow. Temporal is the Durable Execution platform that OpenAI, Netflix, and Snap trust to keep their most critical workflows running at scale. The MSPs incorporating AI and automation together are compounding their advantage - and those who aren't risk falling further behind. Early Access to the new capabilities for existing Rewst customers opens June 29. General availability timing will be announced after Early Access. Senteon & Rewst partnership: automating endpoint hardening at scale. Henry Zhang: Updated on March 25, 2026 In today's cybersecurity landscape, speed and consistency matter more than ever. Security teams and MSPs aren't just fighting threats, they're fighting complexity, tool sprawl, and time constraints. That's why Senteon is excited to announce a new partnership with Rewst, bringing together automated endpoint hardening and powerful workflow automation. Why This Partnership Matters Security hardening is one of the most effective ways to reduce risk but it's also one of the hardest to scale manually. * Policies drift * Configurations get missed * Compliance becomes a moving target Senteon solves this by continuously enforcing CIS-aligned configurations across endpoints. Rewst takes it further by automating the workflows around it. Together, they create a more efficient, scalable, and repeatable security process. What This Means for MSPs & Security Teams By integrating Senteon into Rewst-driven workflows, teams can: Automate Security Actions Trigger endpoint hardening, remediation, or reporting automatically based on events, alerts, or schedules. Reduce Manual Work Eliminate repetitive tasks like policy checks, remediation steps, and compliance reporting workflows. Improve Consistency Ensure every endpoint follows the same hardened baseline without relying on manual intervention. Strengthen Security Posture Continuously enforce configurations and reduce exposure caused by misconfigurations or drift. From Reactive to Proactive Security Most organizations still operate reactively responding to alerts, chasing issues, and trying to keep up. This partnership helps shift that model. With Senteon providing continuous configuration enforcement and Rewst orchestrating the workflows, teams can: * Detect and remediate faster * Maintain alignment with security frameworks * Operate with confidence at scale Built for the Way MSPs Actually Work Rewst is designed for automation-first MSPs, and Senteon fits naturally into that model. Instead of adding another tool to manage, this integration enhances existing workflows bringing security directly into the automation layer. It's not about adding more work. It's about making security part of the work you're already doing. What's Next This partnership opens the door to: * Pre-built automation workflows * Faster onboarding and deployment * Scalable hardening across environments If you're already using Rewst, adding Senteon is a natural next step. If you're using Senteon, automation just got a whole lot more powerful. Check out the integration instructions: https://docs.senteon.co/rewst
