Rexford Industrial

Rexford Industrial

Infill industrial REIT in Southern California

Overview

Rexford Industrial owns and operates industrial real estate, such as warehouses and distribution centers, exclusively within Southern California. The company acquires undermanaged or older buildings in high-demand areas and redevelops them into modern facilities to increase their rental value. Unlike many competitors who invest across various regions, Rexford focuses entirely on the supply-constrained Southern California market and uses proprietary research to find off-market deals. Its goal is to provide functional, strategically located spaces for e-commerce and logistics companies to support regional consumption and last-mile delivery.
