Rezolve AI provides a generative AI platform that helps retailers and brands increase mobile sales through a proprietary large language model. The technology works by turning advertisements and media into "shoppable" content, allowing customers to buy products instantly through their mobile devices using features like audio triggers and location-based notifications. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, this platform is built specifically for the retail industry and integrates an instant checkout process directly into the engagement experience. The company's goal is to help businesses convert consumer interest into immediate sales by removing friction from the mobile shopping journey.

Rezolve Ai has launched Rezolve Provenance, a patent-backed platform that marks, signs and verifies AI-generated content across text, voice, image and video. The model-agnostic system combines C2PA Content Credentials, secure provenance records and content-embedded watermarking for images, enabling LLM owners and content generators to comply with emerging transparency requirements. The launch comes as EU AI Act transparency obligations took effect on 2 August 2026, requiring in-scope providers to mark AI-generated content in machine-readable formats. Non-compliance can result in fines up to €15 million or 3% of worldwide annual turnover. The digital provenance market is projected to grow from $4.2 billion in 2026 to $16.9 billion by 2033. Anthropic announced this week that Claude models will embed watermarks in generated text, signalling accelerating industry adoption alongside regulation.

Zilch partners with Rezolve Ai to accelerate Intelligent Commerce retailer growth. * Artificial Intelligence * 21.07.2026 10:03 am Zilch, the intelligent payments platform, has partnered with Rezolve Ai, the global leader in AI-powered commerce and engagement, enabling customers to access flexible, fee-free ways to pay across an extensive network of leading UK retailers in-store and online. Through Rezolve Ai's Reward platform, the partnership brings more retailers onto Zilch's AI-powered data intelligence platform Intelligent Commerce, giving brands direct access to Zilch's rapidly growing customer base. Powered by Zilch's first-party spend data, Intelligent Commerce gives retailers real-time insights into customer behaviour across thousands of merchants, enabling precision targeting and full-funnel attribution across online and in-store journeys. Brands working with the platform have reported a 20-50% increase in return on ad spend and significant sales growth since launch The partnership reflects the growing demand for payment experiences that deliver genuine value for consumers, while giving retailers new ways to connect with high-intent customers. By extending the Reward platform into the flexible payments sector, the collaboration opens up a new channel for brands looking to reach Zilch's audience across both in-store and online environments Andreas Andreou, Chief Revenue Officer, Zilch, said: "Our focus has always been on giving customers more from their everyday spending by offering more flexible ways to pay and more value from every transaction. This partnership with Reward significantly expands the range of retailers our customers can access subsidised credit in-store and online through Zilch. It also brings more great brands onto Intelligent Commerce where we can help them connect with our highly engaged customer base in the most effective way." Daniel M. Wagner, CEO and Chairman of Rezolve Ai, said: "Zilch is exactly the kind of high-engagement payments platform that demonstrates the power of Reward within the Rezolve Ai ecosystem. By bringing personalised retailer offers into the payments journey, we are helping connect consumers, merchants and payment providers in a way that creates measurable value for all three. This partnership further validates our strategy of building the intelligent commerce infrastructure that sits at the intersection of payments, banking and retail." James House, CEO of Reward, said: "We're continuing to evolve our Finance Media Network by giving brands more ways to connect with customers through trusted financial experiences. Bringing the Reward platform into the Zilch ecosystem extends the reach of our retailer network into a new payments audience, helping brands diversify how they engage customers while delivering measurable sales growth."
Rezolve AI has announced that its subsidiary Subsquid Labs is experiencing significant growth in blockchain data infrastructure demand. SQD's served data surged over fivefold in four months, from approximately 240 TB per day in February to 1.4 PB per day. Applications using SQD infrastructure now manage more than $20 billion in assets under management, up from around $11 billion. The platform supports over 225 networks through a single data streaming API, with a recorded P90 latency of 48.5 milliseconds. To lead this expansion, Wanja S. Oberhof has been appointed CEO, whilst Robert Jung, a former EY partner, joins as Head of Transformation. Production implementations include Morpho, PancakeSwap, zkVerify, GMX, and Deutsche Telekom. Rezolve AI provides generative artificial intelligence technologies to the e-commerce and retail sectors in the US and UK.
Rezolve Ai has introduced Auditable AI, a technology designed to bring transparency to artificial intelligence by explaining every AI-generated product recommendation. The announcement completes what the company calls a three-pillar approach to trusted enterprise AI commerce. The company previously addressed accuracy through its brainpowa architecture and accountability via TraceWare. Auditable AI now provides transparency by generating human-readable explanations for each recommendation based on customer preferences, product attributes, and purchase history. According to independently reviewed research by Rezolve Ai Labs, the technology demonstrated a 3.7x improvement in transparency compared with conventional large language model architectures. The research has been accepted for presentation at the International Conference on Social Robotics 2026 in London. The technology will be integrated into Rezolve's Brain Suite platform. The architecture is model-agnostic and proactively identifies uncertainty, requesting clarification when customer intent cannot be confidently determined.
