Circadian Risk has partnered with Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD) to launch SARA Assess, an agentic AI assessor for enterprise physical risk management. The solution continuously verifies connected physical security controls, identifies deficiencies, and initiates corrective action. Unlike traditional point-in-time security assessments, SARA Assess continually monitors security systems and devices for status or performance changes. When issues are detected, it triggers corrective action and updates the site's risk score. The platform can access video management systems to identify offline or impaired cameras, automatically updating risk scores and prompting remediation. It documents findings, creates work orders, and takes immediate remedial action where supported. Circadian Risk and RAD are expanding SARA Assess beyond cameras to other connected security controls. The solution is designed to integrate with existing security infrastructure whilst complementing human assessors who focus on physical conditions and contextual judgement.

Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions and its subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices, along with Immix, have introduced SARA Alive Operating Inside Immix, enabling SARA (Speaking Autonomous Responsive Agent) to execute monitoring workflows directly within the Immix platform in real time. The solution won the Security Industry Association's New Product Showcase Award in the Commercial Monitoring Solutions category at ISC West 2026. It processes security events in parallel rather than sequentially, potentially improving response times and reducing staffing requirements for monitoring centres. SARA operates within the Immix platform through an API-less integration, handling alarm review, verification, engagement and escalation without requiring new infrastructure. The solution requires no disruption to existing monitoring operations and supports cloud-based deployment with RAD's AI-driven device ecosystem.
