Overview
Sama is a platform that connects employees with professional coaches. It uses a digital platform and a proprietary algorithm to match people to the right coach based on their professional development needs and personal profile. The product works by collecting user needs and profile data, then pairing them with suitable coaches, enabling coaching sessions through the platform. Sama differentiates itself by its algorithm-driven matching and focus on aligning coaching with each individual’s development goals, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all coaching pool. The company’s goal is to help employees grow professionally by providing personalized coaching at scale.
