These are combined into a four-level travel risk rating ranging from Level 1 (exercise normal precautions) to Level 4 (do not travel). The platform also incorporates live natural disaster alerts from GDACS and disease outbreak information from the World Health Organization. According to Sicuro Group, each destination's rating is calculated using a published methodology. Users can generate a free downloadable pre-travel risk assessment aligned with ISO 31030:2021, covering areas including security threats, natural hazards, health considerations, insurance, duty of care and emergency procedures. The platform also includes destination comparisons, dedicated pages for each country and territory, and highlights regions where local risk levels exceed the national rating. Sicuro Group said the need for live travel intelligence was demonstrated during the first quarter of 2026, when conditions in parts of the Middle East changed rapidly.
