Sonora Quest Laboratories is a large Arizona-based diagnostic lab system created by a Banner Health–Quest Diagnostics joint venture. It runs a broad menu of tests—routine, molecular, drug monitoring, genetic/genomic, women’s health, and pathology—performed by about 3,900 staff across 70+ patient service centers, with more than 100 million tests each year. Tests can be ordered and results accessed through services like My Lab ReQuest, enabling patients to manage testing with or without a provider’s order.
