Spinnaker Support has launched operations in South Africa through partnership with African Rainbow Capital, offering third-party support for Oracle, SAP and VMware systems. The joint venture, Spinnaker Support (PTY) Ltd, aims to provide cost-effective alternatives to traditional vendor maintenance contracts. Managing Director Teko Majoki said the launch addresses growing pressure on South African enterprises facing vendor-driven upgrade cycles and licensing changes.
