What believers are saying

  • Accessibility QA Check launched in June 2026, reducing compliance failures for regulated marketers.
  • BYO LLM and MCP Server unlock regulated AI adoption without exposing customer data.
  • Dynamic Content Assembly targets enterprise personalization sprawl, exactly where email production bottlenecks explode.

What critics are saying

  • Adobe GenStudio and Salesforce can copy governed creation features faster than Stensul ships.
  • Manlio Carrelli started May 2026; founder Noah Dinkin’s exit weakens product intuition and relationships.
  • If Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, and Gemini absorb creation workflows, Stensul becomes optional middleware.

What makes Stensul unique

  • Stensul governs AI creation inside workflows, not after drafts leave the builder.
  • Its August 4, 2026 Dynamic Content Assembly ties audience logic to approved campaign code.
  • The May 11, 2026 CEO change kept Sageview-backed enterprise focus while doubling down on governance.

Stensul launches Dynamic Content Assembly to turn AI-scale personalization into campaigns cleared to go live.

Stensul launches Dynamic Content Assembly to turn AI-scale personalization into campaigns cleared to go live. Stensul brings governance to AI creation, audience logic, and review so more campaigns can go live NEW YORK - August 4, 2026 - Stensul, the Governed Creation(TM) Platform for enterprise marketing, today announced Dynamic Content Assembly, a new suite of capabilities that helps large marketing organizations turn personalization strategies into governed, production-ready email campaigns without multiplying production work or risk. The suite brings audience logic from activation platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce into the campaign creation process without requiring marketers to work with customer-level PII. Teams can assemble the right content, logic, and code for each audience while marketing operations retains control over what is approved and sent to activation. AI and customer data have made it possible to turn one campaign into hundreds or thousands of relevant experiences. But most enterprise operating models were built for one-to-many marketing. Every additional audience creates more versions to build, review, update, approve, and activate. The result is a growing gap between what marketing teams can create and what they can confidently put in market. "Machine learning allowed digital advertising to target individuals at scale. AI now makes it possible to personalize the content of every email," said Manlio Carrelli, CEO of Stensul. "But enterprise production and review processes weren't built for human-scale personalization. At machine scale, one bad match between audience, content, and code can put the wrong message in front of an entire audience. Stensul is closing that gap so enterprises can move toward individualized email without multiplying production work or risk." Dynamic Content Assembly connects personalization strategy to production. It gives campaign teams governed access to reusable audience logic, makes every resulting version visible during review, and produces code ready for activation across email environments. The initial suite includes: * Segment Sets turn proven audience and personalization logic into reusable building blocks. Teams can save, reorder, set defaults for, and lock groups of rules, reducing repeat work and preventing logic errors. * Stacked PDFs place every dynamic variation into one segment-labeled proof. Marketing, brand, legal, and compliance teams can review the full campaign in context instead of chasing separate files and screenshots. * Segment Management gives administrators one place to create, edit, and control segments across libraries and markets while campaign teams work within the structures operations has approved. Together, these capabilities help enterprises move from a limited number of manually managed variations toward personalization at AI scale, without creating a separate production and approval process for every audience. Governed Creation wherever campaign work begins. The release also extends Stensul's Governed Creation capabilities to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Adobe GenStudio. They join ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and WRITER as places where marketers can create conversationally using the templates, brand rules, and structural requirements already defined in Stensul. Marketers working in AI tools can now create with the same approved email components used in Stensul and identify accessibility issues before content reaches review. Stensul makes these controls available through its MCP server, bringing approved components, permissions, copy requirements, and accessibility checks into tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Adobe GenStudio. Human review and approval remain in place before the work moves into production. About stensul. Stensul turns AI creation into campaigns cleared to go live. Its Governed Creation(TM) Platform helps enterprise marketing teams create campaign content inside the brand, compliance, accessibility, permission, workflow, and approval rules that determine whether it can reach the market. More approved campaigns go live, and less work gets stuck. Learn more at stensul.com.

June 2026 releases: Stensul MCP, Accessibility QA, and more.

June 2026 releases: Stensul MCP, Accessibility QA, and more. Every CMO Stensul, Inc. talk to is carrying the same question right now. How do you actually adopt AI across a marketing organization without losing control of what ships? More tools, more agents, more people generating drafts - that part is solved. Getting that work on-brand, compliant, accessible, and approved before it reaches a customer is where enterprise marketing organizations are getting stuck. The volume of creation goes up. The review process breaks under it. Stensul was built for that problem. AI just made it urgent for everyone. This month's releases are proof of what the solution looks like in practice. Each one moves governance into the places where AI-assisted work is now happening - the tools where agents create, the builder where accessibility used to be caught too late, the dynamic variants where governance most often falls behind, and the regulated environments where AI features were previously locked out entirely. Here's what Stensul, Inc. shipped. * Stensul MCP Server Early Access Program - Open today: The governance layer is now callable by AI agents, from any tool a marketing team is already using. * Accessibility QA Check - Beta: Real-time WCAG 2.1 AA checks, built into the builder, before send. * Bring Your Own LLM - Beta: Regulated customers can now run Stensul's AI features on their own approved LLM, inside their existing compliance environment. * Dynamic Content Review & Approval - Now available: Review every variant of a dynamic email in one place, without screenshots, PDFs, or a separate proofing tool. Stensul MCP: the governance layer, now callable. Stensul recently announced the Stensul MCP Server Early Access Program, giving enterprise marketing teams a way to bring Stensul governance to more places where AI-assisted creation is happening, starting with email. The significance isn't just the connection, but what sits behind it. A marketer drafts in Claude. A designer starts from a brief in Figma. A business user asks an agent to generate a campaign variant. All of that creation now has real leverage - and a real governance problem. In enterprise marketing, work has to meet standards before it reaches the customer. Brand rules. Compliance. Accessibility. Approval paths. And more creation doesn't help if more of it gets stuck in review, sent back for rework, or never ships at all. Stensul MCP makes that possible. AI agents operating in any MCP-connected tool can now create inside Stensul's governance - the same templates, brand rules, compliance checks, and approval workflows your team already trusts, regardless of where the work started. AI-assisted creation happens inside the controls required to ship, not around them. The Early Access Program is open today. If your team is building AI into your marketing workflow and wants to help define what governed AI creation looks like in practice, request access here. Accessibility QA Check, a Governance Agent. Accessibility has always been part of enterprise marketing governance. Until now, enforcement has happened late - in spreadsheets, in post-export point tools, or in legal review when something had already shipped. That's not governance. That's cleanup. Accessibility QA Check is a Governance Agent that runs inside the builder and checks emails against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standards in real time as they're being created. Checks including color contrast and alt text get flagged on the canvas before the email ships - automatically, every time, regardless of who built it or when. The governance moves to where the work happens, not where it ends up. For regulated industries facing ADA enforcement, EAA compliance, or procurement requirements gating renewals on accessibility, that shift matters. Accessibility QA Check is available for all customers in the Stensul platform. Bring Your Own LLM. In case you missed it, Stensul, Inc. rolled out BYO LLM in April. For many regulated marketing teams in financial services, healthcare, and life sciences, AI can only run through models their organization has already vetted and approved. With BYO LLM, customers connect their own approved LLM (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini via major cloud providers) directly to Stensul's governed templates and workflows. Every AI request routes through the customer's managed environment, under their existing contracts and controls, and never leaves it. The creation experience is identical. The only thing that changes is which AI is doing the generating. BYO LLM is now available in beta. Dynamic Content Review & Approval. The new dynamic content review and approval experience is available for customers. Reviewers can now preview every segment combination of a dynamic email, comment in context, and approve - all without leaving Stensul. Dynamic content is where governance is notoriously difficult to maintain. When an email has multiple versions for multiple audiences, review and approval processes struggle to keep up - and governance gaps tend to show up there first. This brings governance into every step of the review process regardless of how many variants an email has. Every combination is visible, every comment is tied to the right version, and approval accounts for the full picture. See its releases in action at Salesforce Connections. At Salesforce Connections, Stensul, Inc.'ll be on the ground doing live demos of Stensul MCP, and more. Get an exclusive look at what governed AI creation looks like for your team at Booth #411, or sign up for a custom demo here. In summary. These four releases share a single logic. AI changes who and what can create. Stensul governs what can ship. For enterprise marketing teams that can't afford to lose control of brand, compliance, or quality when they scale creation - that's what this month is about.

Stensul launches MCP Server to help enterprise marketers ship AI-generated campaigns safely

Stensul has launched its MCP Server Early Access Programme, enabling enterprise marketing teams to connect AI tools to governance controls needed for compliant, on-brand campaigns. The platform addresses what CEO Manlio Carrelli calls AI's "shipping problem" — transforming AI-generated content into market-ready campaigns whilst maintaining brand and compliance standards. Built on the Model Context Protocol open standard, Stensul MCP allows AI-assisted creation to operate within existing approval workflows, templates, brand rules and compliance checks. This is particularly critical for high-volume email campaigns sent to millions of customers. The launch extends Stensul's Governed Creation Platform, which already supports customer-approved LLMs, Figma integration and connections with email service providers. Enterprise marketing teams can now request early access, with demonstrations scheduled at Salesforce Connections in Chicago on 3–4 June.

Introducing Accessibility QA Check, Stensul's Governance Agent.

Introducing Accessibility QA Check, Stensul's Governance Agent. Email accessibility has never been optional. For teams in regulated industries, the legal and compliance pressure around it is growing fast. To help its customers ensure compliance with new accessibility regulations, Stensul is excited to introduce Accessibility QA Check, a Governance Agent that runs inside the builder and checks emails against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standards in real time as they're being created. Checks including color contrast and alt text get flagged on the canvas before the email ships - automatically, every time, regardless of who built it or when. Accessibility QA Check is the latest addition to its governance suite - a Governance Agent built to bring the final compliance check inside the creation process, where it belongs. And Stensul, Inc. picked today to launch it on purpose. It's Global Accessibility Awareness Day. What Stensul, Inc. built. Operating as a real-time, in-builder assistant, the Accessibility QA Check evaluates emails against WCAG 2.1 AA standards while they are being built. Unlike traditional manual audits that happen at the end of a workflow, this Agent surfaces issues - such as color contrast failures, missing alt-text, and broken heading structures - directly on the canvas and in a dedicated side panel, prompting the user to fix the issues. By providing immediate feedback, it ensures that inclusive design is a default setting rather than a final hurdle, allowing teams in regulated industries to ship accessible content at scale without sacrificing speed. Why this matters now. Email accessibility has been a legal requirement for years, but the stakes have increased recently. The European Accessibility Act came into force in June 2025, extending digital accessibility requirements to private companies across the EU. ADA litigation targeting digital properties has been climbing in the US for years. Healthcare teams are navigating Section 1557 of the ACA. Financial services firms face growing legal and regulatory pressure around accessible customer and investor communications. About 1.3 billion people globally live with some form of disability. An inaccessible send doesn't just shut out a significant portion of your audience from content, it also creates legal exposure. Moving the accessibility check to be a real-time assistant changes the workflow so accessibility flags issues the whole time a user is building, rather than being reserved for the end where critical requirements could be missed. Built on governed ground. Stensul already handles governance upstream: templates, locked modules, required fields, and approval logic configured before anyone starts building. Most compliance decisions happen before a creator opens a canvas. The Governance Agent sits at the next layer. The template already handles most of it, but the agent catches what's left, verifying that a governed system is held across every send. The final review step before a campaign ships is still manual at most companies, dependent on a final person to catch every error. Governance Agents are how that step becomes a governed process, prompting users throughout creation of errors that could get missed if they're left at the end. The Accessibility QA Check is available for all customers in the Stensul platform.
