Subsplash launches AI-powered kanban tool to help 20,000+ churches streamline volunteer and visitor management

Subsplash, a church engagement platform serving over 20,000 churches worldwide, has launched Workflows, a visual work management tool designed for ministry teams. The kanban-style platform features AI-powered automation, integrated email, and drag-and-drop functionality to help church staff manage processes like visitor follow-ups, volunteer onboarding, and event preparation. The tool includes an AI Workflow Generator that creates complete workflows with checklists, due dates, and assignees. Automations enable digital form entries to generate cards automatically and trigger personalised emails when tasks progress. "Too much of their week goes to managing logistics instead of discipling their people," said Tim Turner, founder and CEO of Subsplash. "Workflows was built to change that." The platform integrates with existing Subsplash Dashboard features, allowing staff to access engagement history without switching systems. Workflows is now available to organisations on Subsplash One.
