The technology is built into Syniverse's Universal Commerce solution, which is deployed by 90% of BCE-compliant operators worldwide. BCE 2.0 introduces support for operator groups, creates a report structure for 5G Standalone traffic exchange, and establishes invoice confidentiality. It extends beyond traditional consumer roaming to cover NB-IoT, LTE-M traffic, and satellite operators. Kaleido Intelligence projects BCE will handle over 40% of global consumer and IoT wholesale roaming settlements by 2030. To support the transition, Syniverse has introduced its Platinum Package, offering scalable charging models for 5G SA and comprehensive end-to-end BCE support.
