Tarkett Participation has increased its public buy-out offer for Tarkett shares from €16 to €17 per share, representing a premium of 40.6% and 46.1% over the 20 and 60-day average share prices, respectively, and a 25.5% premium over the last closing price before the offer on February 20, 2025.
