Overview
TotalSoft develops and implements ERP-based business software, led by Charisma ERP, and offers specialized apps for financial leasing, credit management, and healthcare facility management. Customers license the software, TotalSoft performs the implementation, and provides ongoing maintenance and support, with deployment available on-premises or in the cloud. Charisma ERP modules cover finance, human resources, supply chain, and CRM, and include cloud and analytics features to turn data into insights. Since joining Logo Group in 2016, TotalSoft combines a regional focus in Romania and Central Europe with the backing of a larger ecosystem to help clients digitize and optimize operations.
