Trusted Health has partnered with Mayo Clinic to integrate CareCast workforce demand forecasting technology into Trusted Works, its staffing and scheduling optimisation platform. CareCast, developed by Mayo Clinic, uses historical staffing data, patient volume trends, and operational information to predict future workforce needs. Under the agreement, Mayo Clinic will licence CareCast to Trusted Health for integration and commercialisation to other health systems. Trusted Works AI agents will use CareCast's forecasts to build schedules, identify coverage gaps, and fill open shifts. The system compares plans against actual outcomes, feeding data back to improve forecast accuracy over time. The platform aims to modernise healthcare workforce operations whilst preserving existing workflows and technology investments.
