User Interviews

Participant recruitment platform for user research

Overview

User Interviews connects businesses with participants for user research. It provides a platform to recruit and manage participants for product testing, surveys, and interviews, backed by an audience of over 350,000 vetted participants. Clients pay only for completed sessions using a pay-per-use model, and can target participants with customizable tags, filters, and lists by profession, geography, demographics, or other criteria. A key feature is the Research Hub, which helps companies manage ongoing studies by tracking participant history and automating communications. Compared to competitors, the service combines access to a large, customizable participant pool with practical recruitment tools and built-in research management, all on a cost-effective, scalable platform. The goal is to simplify and speed up user research so clients can gather insights from real users and make informed product decisions.

What critics are saying
