Yieldstreet runs a platform that opens access to alternative investments such as real estate, private credit, and private equity for individual investors. Investments come from vetted opportunities from institutional managers, with only about 10% of evaluated deals approved for the platform. Investors choose and invest through a user-friendly interface, while Yieldstreet earns fees and provides transparency by publishing returns from matured deals. The goal is to help people grow and protect wealth by offering diversified private-market opportunities and potential steady returns.

Yieldstreet is capitalizing on regulatory changes to expand access to private markets in 401(k) plans. The firm raised $77 million, gained broker-dealer status, and launched Yieldstreet 360, an automated investing solution. This fall, they will introduce evergreen funds offering exposure to private credit, real estate, and private equity with liquidity features and low minimums. CEO Mitch Caplan aims to make private investing as accessible as ETFs, emphasizing education and transparency.
Yieldstreet, a private markets investment platform, raised $77 million in new capital led by Tarsadia Investments, with participation from Mayfair Equity Partners, Edison Partners, Cordoba Advisory Partners, Kingfisher Investment Advisors, and new investor RedBird Capital Partners. The funding will enhance Yieldstreet's platform and private markets integration. Mike Zabik from RedBird and Yariv Robinson from Kingfisher join the board, supporting Yieldstreet's vision to democratize private market investments.
Yieldstreet announced that it raised new capital from a combination of new and existing investors.
Yieldstreet has secured $45 million in Series D financing, part of a planned $60 million round, led by Tarsadia Investments, Mayfair Equity Partners, and Edison Partners. The funds will support Yieldstreet's growth and enhance its technology to offer more private market investment opportunities. With over 500,000 members, Yieldstreet aims to revolutionize access to private markets.
Yieldstreet is set to launch an automated investing solution for the private markets this year called Yieldstreet 360 Managed Portfolios.
