A Zenvia, plataforma de comunicação de CX em nuvem, acaba de concluir a aquisição da Movidesk, empresa de gerenciamento de colaboradores. Para confirmar a aquisição, o valor acertado foi de R$ 296 milhões no fechamento do acordo, e uma estrutura de baseada no atingimento de metas da Movidesk até o terceiro trimestre de 2023, estimada em cerca de R$ 320 milhões, a serem pagos em dezembro do mesmo ano. A Movidesk é uma empresa focada em soluções para o cliente na intenção de definir rotinas de trabalho, integrar com canais de comunicação e monitorar tickets por meio de dashboards e relatórios, oferecendo uma plataforma completa e unificada para gestores.
