Chemring Group PLC has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire Roke Manor Research Limited from Siemens Holdings plc for a cash consideration of 55 million pounds.

Chemring Acquires Landguard for £20m

Chemring Group PLC announced the conditional acquisition of Landguard Nexus Limited and its subsidiaries for up to £20 million. The deal includes a £14 million cash payment and up to £6 million in cash earnouts, subject to performance targets. Landguard, based in Hampshire, specializes in software-defined radio systems for defense and security. The acquisition aims to enhance Chemring's Roke business and is expected to be marginally earnings enhancing by October 2026, pending UK regulatory approval.
