Almetra Capture processes video locally at the edge to produce structured data (cycle times, output, utilization, micro-stoppages, movement) and unifies it with MES, PLC, and ERP data into a single operational view. An agentic AI layer flags bottlenecks, identifies root causes, and ranks improvement opportunities, with dedicated engineers turning insights into concrete action plans, all while anonymizing footage and complying with GDPR. The goal is to become the data and automation layer for next-generation industrial robotics and manufacturing analytics, expanding from Europe to the United States.
