Mr. Leahy is a nationally recognized leader in employee ownership and has piloted one of the nation's largest ESOPs through a period of rapid growth and development. As the current Executive Chair and former CEO of MyPath, he has led a provider of education, therapeutic, and community services for individuals with disabilities and other challenges. Through its 2,000 "Owners Who Care," MyPath delivers vital services at more than 150 locations across two states and consistently ranks among the top 100 of the nation's employee-owned organizations according to the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). A respected thought leader, Mr. Leahy brings extensive expertise in ESOP governance, strategic leadership, and operations in industries at the intersection of law, public policy, and regulation. Under his leadership, MyPath earned recognition as Wisconsin ESOP of the Year in 2021. He has successfully navigated complex issues including CEO succession, corporate governance, and strategic diversification, while leading major initiatives in rebranding, strategic planning, and board expansion.
