Job Description Summary

#TeamAAM is seeking 2 college-level associates to join the Accounts Payable Team at our World Headquarters location in Detroit, MI! At AAM our co-op roles are immersed in their work and in the industry, gaining experience and building connections every day. We're looking for team members who are passionate about automotive manufacturing, demonstrate leadership capabilities, and possess strong communication and analytical skills to join the team. Job Description

•    Data entry and timely processing of invoices into ERP system

•    Research & resolve invoice/payment inquiries

•    Prepare supplier reconciliations

•    Supplier Database research

•    Respond to miscellaneous supplier invoice and payment inquiries

•    Assist with moth-end close process, as needed

•    Administrative tasks as assigned

•    Assists with ad hoc analysis & projects

Required Skills and Education

•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
•    Available to work 30-35 hours a week.
•    Minimum 3.0 GPA

•   Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
