Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working with cross-functional partners and internal tools, which include but are not limited to Salesforce (SF), Financial Force Accounting (FFA), and Salesforce PSA, to provide best-in-class monitoring and alerting for the TSS organization, by way of dashboards, ad-hoc data pulls, and regular business reviews 
• Appling your knowledge in business analysis, technical knowledge, and presentation of data to identify trends and opportunities for scale 
• Compiling and or running of reports and distributing to required stakeholders throughout the organization from leadership to individual contributors on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence 
• Creation of new reports and or dashboards within native salesforce or salesforce analytics (Tableau) to increase the visibility of key metrics with the organization 
• Continued focus on improving the processes and system configurations to make operations as streamlined and accurate as possible. 

Education and Experience

• Experience with the Salesforce Platform Suite 
• Previous experience working in a Services Organization 
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator

• Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems using data and technology 
• Ability to work independently and follow process documentation 
• Ability to stay organized and composed while managing multiple tasks 
• Strong documentation skills 
• Highly Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel 
• Tableau experience would be a plus
