Requirements
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Previous tech-sales experience as a BDR or Account Executive, working with Enterprise accounts
  • Passionate about developing BDRs to support their performance & career growth
  • Knowledgeable about prospecting best practices, new technology, and sales best practices
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence and impact an audience
  • Ability to understand, communicate and execute company objectives
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Hire, enable and lead a team of high-performing BDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
  • Implement meaningful change to optimize performance with improved process, tools, enablement, and prospecting strategies
  • Coach, mentor and guide BDRs to consistently meet and exceed monthly performance goals
  • Develop deep cross-functional partnerships to support pipeline initiatives across the business
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on your team’s strategy and execution on account coverage, target personas, opportunity quality and BDR to AE hand-off
  • Leverage data and context to make decisions related to strategy, incentives, targets, territory alignment, and more
  • Contribute to the optimization of our BDR tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Orum, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
