Requirements
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum of EIGHT(8)+ years of demonstrated experience in technical development and delivery
  • Strong familiarity with multiple aspects of AI functionality, with specific focus on Large Language Models and Image Recognition/Visual Object Detection
  • Demonstrated experience using multiple development and scripting languages to train LLM and Visual Object Detection Models (R, Python, etc)
  • Strong understanding of counterintelligence, digital footprint, and cybersecurity concepts
Responsibilities
  • Analyze collection architecture documents and work with technical teams to determine insertion points and value for integrating AI/ML systems.
  • Analyze challenges of implementing and maintaining current collection infrastructure, and formulate AI-based automation solutions.
  • Architect efficiencies that reduce manual effort to implement and maintain collection infrastructure.
  • Analyze tasking methods to synthesize algorithms for predictive tasking.
  • Determine algorithms and models to leverage AI solutions and analyze security and KYC mechanisms of social media platforms.
  • Work across technical and non-technical stakeholders to coordinate proposed solutions and achieve the program's critical mission objectives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a technical discipline
  • At least TEN (10)+ years of demonstrated experience in technical development, delivery, and consulting
  • Demonstrated experience determining how to apply AI solutions to different problem sets
