Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 5 years Business/Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Healthcare Analytics/Quality, Clinical/Operational decision support, or related field Required
  • 3 years SQL in an Oracle and/or SQL Server environment Required
Responsibilities
  • Works on multiple complex and cross-functional business intelligence and data analytics solutions
  • Provides healthcare analytics support (e.g. predictive and prescriptive analytics, statistical analysis, data validation)
  • Develops automated reports, scorecards and dashboards using various BI tools such as Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, Crystal Reports
  • Analyzes customer requirements and translates them into actionable information
  • Assists in the collaboration with IS and other departments to design, create, test, and implement analytic tools
  • Establishes a good understanding of assigned data domain to support stakeholders
  • Identifies, develops, and supports implementation of internal process improvement solutions
  • Performs data quality and profiling activities for deliverables

  • Epic Cogito, Clarity & Caboodle Certifications Preferred
