About the Role

We’re looking for an Event Strategist to own and execute our event marketing strategy across trade shows, customer seminars, and other face-to-face experiences. This role is critical in building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with the confidence to ensure every event aligns with business objectives. Creativity, problem-solving, and a data-driven approach are key to success.

🔹 Event Strategy & Execution

• Lead planning, execution, and on-site management of trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
• Ensure events align with business goals, delivering compelling event designs and engagement strategies.
• Manage sponsorships, booth design, staffing, and event logistics.
• Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and coordination for venues, AV teams, and other suppliers.
• Design end to end experience and theme management to create memorable customer engagements

🔹 Performance & Budget Management

• Track event impact on lead generation, pipeline, and ROI; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Optimize event spend and ensure budget efficiency.
• Gather market insights/trends and customer feedback to enhance future strategies.
• Ensure high-quality lead capture by verifying and qualifying event leads in real time, enforcing data accuracy standards, and promptly entering complete and actionable information into the CRM or lead management system.

• 5+ years of experience in corporate event marketing, preferably in B2B tech.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale events with strong execution and creativity.
• Experience using event technologies, data analytics, and lead tracking tools (SFDC, DOMO a plus).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel (up to 30%) and work flexible hours as needed.
