Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to prepare and file all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual FTZ forms and reports for CBP and the FTZ ensuring that they are timely, complete and accurate
  • Operate the FTZ inventory control and recordkeeping system
  • Verify inventory transactions and process FTZ related data
  • Track and manage receipts by monitoring inbound shipments
  • Prepare in-transit entries (in-bond) and/or permit-to-transfers with CBP
  • Coordinate with other departments impacted by imports
  • Conduct audits of transactions and processes and make recommendations on improvements
  • Maintain proper record keeping and management reporting (may include weekly financial reports)
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all distribution and inventory management of all VF’s FTZ’s to ensure compliance of FTZ and Customs and Border Patrol regulations
  • Work closely with the distribution centers, customs compliance, and customs brokers
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual FTZ forms and reports for CBP and the FTZ ensuring that they are timely, complete and accurate
  • Operate the FTZ inventory control and recordkeeping system
