Our Strategic Program Management Office Sourcing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations balance long term strategies and short-term imperatives to optimize their investments and strategic activity required to achieve the organization's business objectives. We help enhance organizations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programs from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery. Our team's roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management. Additionally, our team processes services such as portfolio, program, and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

Ability to leverage critical thinking skills to bring order to unstructured problems.
Ability to actively participate in reviews of User Stories (functional and technical) in order toidentify and help bridge gaps in requirements - particularly around use-cases and workflows (including considerations such as happy path, alternate paths, user-error, system-error workflows, etc.).
Working closely with the Business and QA leads to obtain a thorough understanding of the application and the business being supported by the application.
Working closely with Interactions Hub Developers / Solution Architect / Technical Lead to understand the technical approach, technical specifications, and non-functional requirements that are integral to the software application.
Ability to author Agile Test Plans and Requirements Traceability Matrices to ensure testing depth (i.e., number of test cases) and breadth (i.e., types of test cases) are commensurate with the number of story points/ complexity and effort intensiveness of the functionalities being developed and tested.
Ability to collaborate with the Interactions Hub Business and Development teams to ensure accuracy in level of effort estimation of user stories (e.g., via creation of standardized and/or specific QA tasks to justify QA level of effort estimations).
Proficiency in the use of test management tools like JIRA, XRAY, etc.
Ability to organize and lead test-set peer reviews, test plan reviews, execution of test runs
Ability to organize / lead efforts to log and actively seek quick resolution of bugs (based on their severity and priority).
Ability to drive continuous improvement from conducting Root Cause Analysis of bugs / issues.
Ability to work in a cross functional team in a dynamic work environment while managing stakeholder expectations and scope.
Ability to work as part of Scrum/ Kanban Agile teams in a multi-pod fast paced environment
Ability to work with team members across multiple locations/ timezones
Demonstrated ability to advocate and uphold the standards, best practices and protocols outlined in a Quality Assurance and Testing Framework.
Experience testing workflow applications built on the Appian platform preferred by not required
