Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, preferably within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, preferably), LinkedIn Recruiter, and related recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work with urgency and speed without compromising quality of work or service.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, with agility to perform effectively under conditions of ambiguity.
  • Resiliency, proactive problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset, with the ability to quickly learn from experiences and feedback.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for select roles based on team capacity, from job posting through offer acceptance.
  • Conduct resume reviews, disposition candidates not meeting minimum qualifications, and ensure ATS accuracy.
  • Perform initial recruiter screenings/interviews for high-volume roles, evaluating candidates’ qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit.
  • Proactively build and manage candidate pipelines through sourcing activities, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific groups, and diversity-focused networks.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline requisitions to ensure a robust talent pool aligned with business hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to implement strategic sourcing plans informed by market trends and talent insights.
  • Support the development and refinement of structured interview guides, scorecards, and evaluation materials.
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining a comprehensive library of interview tools and best practices to support hiring managers.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in interview processes, enabling objective and data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday), ensuring accurate and timely data updates.
  • Engage proactively with candidates between offer acceptance and their start date to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with all candidates, providing clear feedback and updates on their application status.
  • Generate and deliver talent insight reports to support strategic recruiting efforts and inform sourcing and hiring manager conversations.
  • Provide analytical support for quarterly recruitment reporting, assessing progress against key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Identify areas of opportunity or risk in recruitment processes and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide backup coordination support for urgent or time-sensitive interview scheduling requests, particularly outside standard working hours.
  • Assist with vendor management tasks, including gathering required documentation (MSAs, SOWs) to facilitate timely invoice processing and partnership management.
