As aUX Writerfluent in French (Canada), you will join our dynamic team to create clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances the user experience across our digital platforms. You will work closely with designers, researchers, product managers and developers to ensure that the content aligns with our brand voice and meets the needs of our users.

What you'll do:

• As a UX Writer, you will write and edit user interface text, microcopy, accessibility content, error handling messages, translating content to French.

• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centered content.

• Work closely with other UX writers to ensure the language is clear in both English and French

• Work with UX research to conduct usability testing to inform content decisions.

• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all digital products.

• Participate in content strategy discussions and contribute to the development of content guidelines and best practices.

• Review and provide feedback on content created by other team members.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in writing inclusive content for user interfaces.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Great communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• A passion for creating user-centered products.

• Knowledge of web accessibility and its importance.

• Knowledge of French and English is required to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with our customers, partners and other Aviva teams located across Canada

Optional but beneficial experience

• Front-end development experience in AEM
