- Identify potential risks in the product development process and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure that all product releases meet Shakudo’s quality standards and provide a positive user experience.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and release notes, to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
