Let’s talk about the role:

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to oversee the feature/capabilities development and optimization of our healthcare Sleep diagnostic application.
 

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing, and customer success, to build solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers, improve patient outcomes, and advance ResMed's vision of digital health transformation. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will define the product strategy and roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure a smooth product lifecycle from concept to delivery. You’ll play a critical role in understanding the market, identifying key opportunities, and working to create innovative solutions that streamline clinical workflows, and enable actionable insights.

• Develop and manage the product features roadmap for healthcare application, aligning with strategic goals and market needs.
• Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation through market research, customer and stakeholders’ feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize and implement product features, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centered approach in the development process, with a focus on creating intuitive, effective, and compliant solutions.
• Engage with healthcare providers and customers to gather feedback, validate product assumptions, and iterate on product features.
• Monitor product performance and utilize data to drive improvements and optimize user experience.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards and manage risk appropriately.

Let’s talk about you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within the healthcare, digital health, or Healthcare SaaS companies.
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, clinical personas and its workflows, and patient engagement.
• Proficiency with agile development methodologies and experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using product analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare, such as HIPAA compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of the sleep solutions healthcare domain.
• Prior experience developing healthcare applications, especially those serving multiple customer groups.
• Proven ability to work within organizations with complex stakeholder structures.
• Experience working in global organizations or on applications designed for a worldwide audience.
