ThePrincipalSoftware Engineer –Talend Data Mapperteam

The PrincipalSoftware Engineer will work within the TDMteam, which is handling the hierarchical mapperof the Qlik Talend Studio andresponsible forthe transform runtimesand mappingeditors in Studio.

Studio is a product based on Eclipse RCP, using OSGI / EMF and main eclipse technologies.

The Engineer will be responsible for setting up development environments, developing new features and maintaining released versions of TDM to ensure it meets Studio requirements and is ready for customers.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• 10+ years of java development experience.
• eclipse RCP knowledge-eclipse plugin development /SWT/JFaceor OSGI / plugins development experience.
• knowledge in Spark (Big Data framework)
• knowledgein GIT, Jira and standard development process
• knowledge in Maven, Jenkins
• ability to help the team doing code review/ improve product quality
• decision-making and initiative-taking abilities.
• strong at verbal and written communication in English.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
