Requirements
  • Successfully completed Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Studies, Human Resources Management, Humanities, Psychology, Marketing/Communications or a similar discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR position
  • Strong understanding of talent attraction, employer branding and recruitment marketing concepts, excellent understanding of recruiting in social media
  • Initial experience in developing and implementing corporate talent attraction strategies
  • Good knowledge of Human Resources Management, Labor Law and Data Protection
  • Ability to collaborate with different levels of the organization
  • Willingness to travel for business
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, Word), ATS and AI-based TA tools
  • Fluent language skills in German and English, knowledge of an additional European language an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Advises hiring managers on appropriate recruiting strategies
  • Supports all phases of the Talent Acquisition process, including:
  • Defining tasks and candidate requirements
  • Designing a sourcing strategy
  • Posting job adverts, ensuring attractiveness and brand alignment
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Active sourcing, activating passive candidates, candidate recommendations etc.
  • Screening promising candidates
  • Conducting interviews with multiple Departments, evaluating and calibrating feedback
  • Making offers, negotiating contract terms
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout
  • Maintains pipelines of key talent for the future needs of the organization
  • Analyses recruitment data to identify trends and areas of improvement, provides regular TA process reports (e.g. time-to-fill)
  • Participation in and/or leadership of strategic and employer branding tasks/TA projects, including:
  • Conducts talent trend market research
  • Coordinates campus relations, both in Germany and across Europe
  • Assists with ongoing improvements to IT tools, supports implementation of new tools
  • Partners with Corporate Marketing to design and deliver employer branding concepts based on locally-generated textual and visual content for social media
  • Ensures external employer brand touchpoints are attractive for target groups, regularly maintained and guarantee an excellent candidate experience
  • Monitor employer rating sites and maintain a high level of interaction
  • All other duties as assigned
