- The Junior BA/QA is responsible for working with Developers to define business requirements and ensure that the application meets those business requirements. The right candidate will have experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions, creating conceptual workflow diagrams, writing requirements specifications, and managing the process to ensure timely completion of information needed to initiate the Development process.
