What you will be doing

• Set up scaled agile delivery best practices, tools, and processes 
• Working on dailies and handling cross-solution coordination within multiple scrum teams 
• Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes 
• Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices 
• Track and document ways to optimize and improve software delivery processes 
• Fostering Scaled Agile Framework adoption and developing ways of working within the company 

What you will need

• You have 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master 
• You have worked in a scaled agile environment with multiple scrum teams simultaneously 
• You are familiar with SAFe, LeSS and/or Nexus frameworks   
• You have experience setting up WoWs for large agile projects   
• You feel confident in setting up and configuring JIRA 
• You understand software development lifecycle, and delivery management and ITIL processes 
• Good communication skills (spoken and written) with fluent English as essential 
• Being comfortable with a big vision, lots of ambiguity and shifting priorities 
• Holding a SAFe certificate is considered a plus
