Requirements
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong affinity for process improvement or organizational development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up with new clients, their business needs, and technologies
  • Strong communication skills with a broad range of stakeholder groups
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to collect, synthesize, and summarize relevant data, and perform root cause analysis
  • Reliable, client-focused, and capable of working independently under the supervision of project managers
  • Ability to develop documentation summarizing findings and advocating for decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to distill information, develop insights, and work alongside clients to solve complex challenges
  • Takes ownership of assignments and can prioritize work based on client’s needs
  • Needs to be familiar with the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.
Responsibilities
  • Helps solve a diverse mix of problems facing our government clients
  • Understands and applies process improvement and performance management concepts
  • Participates in requirements gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders
  • Supports facilitation of working group meetings, interviews, and workshop sessions with clients
  • Identifies and understands client expectations as part of the requirements gathering process
  • Works with team to translate business needs and gaps into formal requirements documentation
  • Participates in analysis and supports development of solution design concepts to meet client needs
  • Creates performance metrics, collects performance data, and applies appropriate analytical techniques to identify significant trends and inform decision making
  • Develops tailored briefing materials and reports to communicate concepts, analysis results, and recommendations to a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Develops end-user documentation and training material
  • Facilitates internal communications with and for our clients
  • Comfortably presents work to convey results or facilitate discussion to support client decisions
  • Maintains a positive working environment to foster productive and healthy team and client relationships
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting government clients
  • Experience with application of industry standard guidelines
  • Experience in the Google Workspace environment
