  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Ecommerce, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years proven experience in data analysis and reporting using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools (Power Query).
  • Deep understanding of metrics, customer behavior, and online sales operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access or SQL for data querying and manipulation (but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment.
  • Candidate should be a team player and have an experience with interacting with multiple stakeholders in her/his previous roles.
Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple Ecommerce sources, such as online sales platforms, Ad analytics, and campaigns, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and create interactive Power BI dashboards that display key performance metrics related, including sales revenue, margins, traffic & conversion rates, ASP, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Analyse customer journey data, search ranking patterns, and purchasing behaviors to understand customer preferences, segmentation, and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and conversion.
  • Provide insights into product performance, best-selling items, slow-moving inventory, and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and discounts by tracking ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
  • Integrate data from various sources, including eCommerce platforms, 3rd party tools, and marketing automation platforms, to create a comprehensive view of the sales and marketing ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and inventory management teams to create sales forecasts and optimize inventory levels based on historical data and market trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide insights that inform the strategy and keep the business unit competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and implement measures to safeguard sensitive Ecommerce data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and IT, to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, summarize findings, and present insights to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Conduct & lead periodic business sessions with stakeholders and other partners to review the key insights, derive action points and track with respective action owners.
