Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, and merchandising
Manage, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and customer service standards
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
Handle customer issues and resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently
Prepare sales reports, manage scheduling, and coordinate with corporate leadership
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role in a retail environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and sales reporting
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
