Requirements
  • Experience developing applications in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, APIs, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI services or similar artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, or Copilot Studio.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript, or a similar language.
  • Experience integrating systems via APIs and enterprise data sources.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into working technical solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, copilots, and agent-based workflows using Azure AI and Microsoft Foundry.
  • Build scalable integrations across enterprise systems, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
  • Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and model orchestration strategies for real-world use cases.
  • Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
  • Extend low-code solutions with custom APIs, connectors, and Azure services.
  • Partner with business teams to deliver governed, enterprise-ready automation solutions.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical designs and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Advise stakeholders on architecture, tradeoffs, and appropriate use of artificial intelligence versus traditional automation.
  • Contribute to reusable solution patterns and development standards.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and data governance policies.
  • Apply responsible artificial intelligence practices, including testing, monitoring, and human oversight.
  • Support the development of artificial intelligence lifecycle standards for development, evaluation, deployment, and support.
  • Help establish foundational practices, templates, and reusable components for AI development.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal artificial intelligence standards, tooling, and best practices.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience developing or deploying AI-driven applications or automation solutions in production.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence governance, model evaluation, and responsible artificial intelligence practices.
  • Experience working in environments with structured security and compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to establishing development standards, patterns, or reusable frameworks.
