Requirements
  • Previous experience with Project Management including Scope, Financial, Schedule Management, Risk Mitigation, Change Management and 360 Communication.
  • Strong leadership and relationship building capabilities, with ability to negotiate with and influence others to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Ability to engage in difficult conversations about project dynamics.
  • Team management skills aligning project resources to complete the scope of the engagement with excellent customer experience.
  • Strong adaptability skills for changing customer landscapes, industry trends, and seeing each customer engagement as an opportunity to deliver quality services.
Responsibilities
  • Analyzes scope, creates project plan, manages, monitors and controls multiple externally facing customer implementations of our software.
  • Executes the project budget, team resources, communications, and project plans to deliver on time, on budget and within scope.
  • Anticipate and address barriers to project success.
  • Identify and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate concerns to the project team and senior management when appropriate.
  • Acting as primary interface to client business units during all phases of the project.
  • Leads formal presentations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, concise, and explicit manner.
  • Executes established SOPs and administrative responsibilities within expected timeframes.
  • Influences impacts of project deliverables to financials (revenue recognition).
  • Leads portfolio of mid-sized projects with some complexity.
  • Collaborate with project team to meet customer's objectives and desired outcomes while delivering a quality customer experience.
