  • 5 years of experience in managing implementation projects, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in management consulting for diverse customer archetypes and organizational cultures, with the ability to adapt seamlessly to their specific needs.
  • Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) and productivity tools (e.g., JIRA), as well as experience creating effective tracking systems from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A proactive, low-ego approach to problem-solving and a willingness to tackle tasks of any size to ensure project success.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to drive customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management, coordinating efforts across diverse teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of innovative FinTech solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Develop and implement project plans aligned with business objectives, leveraging your strategic consulting background to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Utilize analytical skills to monitor project performance, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
