  • Experience preparing and reviewing both technical, and scientific documents; knowledge of Naval Correspondence; and working knowledge of Navy medical R&D activities and the government and military in general
  • The candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite version 7; able to multitask and manage multiple tasks at once; able to complete assignments quickly without sacrificing accuracy; attention to detail; self-starter and motivated; and adept at working in a highly customer-oriented and professional environment
  • Provide customer support between Naval Health Research Center and Naval Medical Research Unit-3
  • Recommend changes for process improvement, formatting SOPs, and tracking review of instructions
  • Maintain publication guidelines, products lists, and technology transfer regulations
  • Adhere to the command authored works review and agreements approval process
Desired Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Navy medical R&D activities and the government and military in general
  • Previous or current clearance or history of a completed government background check
  • Working knowledge of Naval Correspondence
  • Previous experience using Microsoft SharePoint
