Our platform configuration team is responsible for configuring and building Notable’s products and solutions for each customer deployment. Individuals in this role specialize in a functional area and product or set of products. You will work closely with our product team, engineering team, solutions team, and implementation teams. 

You’ll…

• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Notable’s platform capabilities 

• Advise others on how to utilize the Notable platform to deploy complex healthcare workflows 

• Serve as a cross-team resource to the company for support on platform capabilities 

• Collaborate with the product and design team on new platform enhancements and product roadmap 

• Create internal documentation resources and training materials on platform configuration for customer deployment teams

• Optimize platform operations processes to drive efficiency 

• Strategize with engineering and product teams on best practices for new automation

You’re a great fit because you... 

• Have 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry in a business operations, product operations, or consultant role

• Are passionate about solving challenging problems through technology 

• Thrive in an autonomous role in a dynamic and fast paced environment
