  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, Legal, Compliance or related function, preferably within a consumer financial services setting
  • At least 2 years of experience working cross-functionally, autonomously and communicating across multiple levels
  • At least 4 years of experience working cross-functionally, autonomously and communicating across multiple levels
Responsibilities
  • Operate autonomously, but in collaboration with Corporate Compliance and Risk Advisors, leading all Retail regulatory changes through the process of assessment to implementation validation
  • Ensure operating framework is within Corporate Compliance Regulatory Change standards
  • Work with Risk Advisors to ensure control validation of completed implementation work is timely and accurate
  • Use your vantage point to connect the dots of the changing regulatory environment
  • Be intellectually curious to question the obvious, explore options, and seek to develop and implement efficiencies and process improvements
  • The ability to self-manage, prioritize work and consistently deliver results
