Requirements
  • You have a min of 10+ years of strategic product marketing experience and management experience, as well as hands-on tactical execution GTM plans spanning ad formats and self serve ad interfaces
  • You have a BA or BS degree; MBA or quantitative graduate degree a plus
  • You have a strong experience leading teams and a track record of influencing senior partners in product/engineering, partnerships, operations and sales
  • You have experience with customer research and are proficient using data/insights to inform product/GTM strategy
  • You have an interest in telling stories that are backed by data analysis
  • You have experience working globally and are empathetic to customer needs
  • You have experience launching cross-functional go-to-market launches
  • You have a track record of collaborating with a variety of cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment
  • You can explain the value of highly technical concepts in human, relatable, and compelling language
  • You have experience presenting to large industry groups and meeting with senior external partners
Responsibilities
  • Lead a distributed team of product marketers focused on end-to-end product marketing of Spotify's ad interfaces, ad formats, API program and other buy models including Programmatic advertising capabilities
  • Collaborate with your team to distill market requirements, empowering them to serve as the voice of the customer to our product, design and engineering teams
  • Partner with our product team to influence and define product strategy and establish the connective thread across the commercial roadmaps for Ad Studio, our ad formats, and API program
  • Commercialize the roadmap for these strategically important products, acting as a key stakeholder for our sales, operations, and partnerships teams
  • Enable your team of product marketers to best implement cross-functional go-to-market launches and collect and synthesize high quality product feedback
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and industry leader for Spotify's ad products both internally/externally
