We’re looking for a Software Test Engineering Intern who will play a key role in running tests and maintaining quality for the manufacturing software team.  In this role you will partner closely with the team to perform systemized tests on 3d printers and report your findings. The output of this work will determine the accuracy and reliability of our 3d printer manufacturing processes.

The Job

• Run test procedures on our calibration systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and documenting secondary observations.
• Manage integration testing with other teams deliverables.
• Perform hardware modifications to the printer/setup to accommodate the process of running experiments.
• Replicate issues reported in production.

You

• Hands on tinkerer with a passion for understanding how things work
• Good attention to detail even given a large volume of data
• Partners well with team members to work on improving software quality
• Comfortable with Python
• Familiar with Linux CLI
