We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our Front Office team in Mysuru, India. As a GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay with your warm welcome, professional demeanor, and exceptional service. • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive and memorable first impression of our hotel
• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively
• Process room reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the hotel property management system (PMS)
• Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain precise financial records with transparency
• Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and presentable at all times, reflecting our commitment to excellence
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Resolve overbooking situations and room type changes efficiently while maintaining guest satisfaction
• Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely room readiness
• Demonstrate resilience and decisiveness when handling challenging situations or guest concerns

Qualifications

• **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
• **Experience:** Fresher or 1–2 years of experience as a Guest Service Associate or similar front office role
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS), Microsoft Office, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills
• **Core Competencies:** Strong organizational skills, multitasking capability, and time management proficiency
• **Guest Service Excellence:** Demonstrated commitment to customer-focused service with a guest-oriented mindset
• **Problem-Solving:** Ability to think critically, make sound decisions, and resolve conflicts diplomatically
• **Cash Handling:** Experience or willingness to learn cash management and financial transaction processing
